At Skies Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. our mission is to provide compassionate care by addressing the special needs of each resident and patient.

Our licensed medical staff work 12/hr shifts on a set schedule and our non-licensed nursing work 8/hr and 12/hr shifts on a set schedule. In our Nursing Department we utilize RN's, LPN's, CMA's, CNA's, Restorative Aide's and Unit Clerks.

We are a 120 bed facility located on the Westside of Albuquerque. We provide the following services:

• Express Recovery Unit
• Tracheostomy
• CPAP/BIPAP

• Beauty/Barber Shop
• Admissions 24-Hours-a-day, 7-Days-a-week

Our Center is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitative needs of individuals disabled by illness or injury. We also specialize in caring for individuals in need of a brief respite or long-term care.
